It has two separate living areas, the upper floor suite consisting of one
large master suite with king size bed, private bath with tub, satellite
TV, A/C. Small bedroom with full bed and adjoining bathroom with
tub, perfect for family and friends. Living room with TV and stereo,
fully equipped kitchen. For your dining area there is a large covered
terrace with gas BBQ grill overlooking the surrounding gardens and
pool, with glimpses of the ocean. The upper floor suite sleeps 6. The third floor bar and viewing area also has two twin beds and is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven and a coffe maker.
The first floor studio
is a large separate suite with kitchen, queen size bed and private
bathroom. TV, Stereo, A/C. This suite has its own outside living/dining
area facing the heated swimming pool, palapa and BBQ. The estate
is surrounded by a lust tropical garden for your complete privacy.
The first floor studio and the upper floor suite can be rented separately, or you can have the whole house to yourself.
Maid service
included 6 days per week, gardener, pool maintenance included. Cook
available upon request. Heated pool, telephone with internet access,
off street parking.
